a QUICK and EASY hair TUTORIAL w/ PICTURES! D:

Alrighty, lately people have been asking me how I do my hair/how long it takes. I just tell them that it's really easy and quick to do. They don't really believe me, so I made a HAIR TUTORIAL (?!) to prove it. My current hairstyle is pretty basic with lots of spikes and sidebangs -- some people say it's somewhat Kakashi like. D: Sooo here goes!

FIRST OF ALL, you'll need quality products. Nooo, none of that on-sale-3-for-5$-stuff, but some good, reliable products. Personally, I use Garnier Fructis Manga Head Explosive Goo and Gatsby Mat Type Wax for all my styling needs. They may not necessarily be cheap, but they're definitely worth it. ^^

OKAY, then you'll need some good, flat hair. CONVENIENTLY, I have some ready to go. (Don't mind my bowl cut, plzkthx ^____^)

Next, with your gelled/waxed up fingers, seperate your bangs from the rest of your head. Spike the back part up, making it easy to differentiate the 2 parts.

Now, seperate the gelled up section into actual spikes. I like to lean them to one side. I'd generally say 4-5 big spikes, instead of many little ones. Also do the same for the hair that is behind your first set of spikes. The bigger, the better. xD Now would be the time to sweep your bangs to whichever side your spikes are leaning to and gel them in place.

Compared to the now spikey top of your head, your sides and back must be feeling kind of flat right? WELL LET'S SPIKE THEM TOO 8D

TADAA! You're now done. A QUICK and PAINLESS hairstyle, that's pretty much foolproof. PRETTY EASY EH? Yeah. That's what I thought. This is the result of a whole 5 minutes worth of work.

I really hope that my somewhat rushed attempt at a tutorial actually helps. Hopefully, some of you actually understand what you just read in the 5 minutes of life you just wasted and use it as your own. >:] GOOD LUCK AND HAVE FUN!

Ha, just seeing this makes me want to go spike my hair for a day. I haven't done that in 5 years.

Awesome tutorial.

@ _shiku_ : Thank you ^^

@ ky--Ice-- : They will work on long hair. But it will only work when your hair is bone dry. If its wet, the spikes will just flop down. Glad I could be of help ^^

@ Rainie : Err. Thanks =)
