Cosplay and Masquerade!

I'm going to be cosplaying as Ranma-Chan(I'm a guy but don't ask, just see for yourself), Kurama from Yuu Yuu Hakusho and probably Tasuki from Fushigi Yugi. I plan on doing a YYH skit in the Masquerade. So far it's just me and Hiei but we want a Yukina, Kuwabara, Kuwabara's sister and a Yusuke. Anyone else will be fine too. I'll just write you into my skit. Let me know if you are interested or are cosplaying as anyone from the same series that I am. Later.

is there a difference between cosplaying and participating in a masquerade? if there is, can you tell me what it is.

The only YYH character I'm being is Hiei and that's on Friday, and you already have him so yeah...XD I'd love to see a YYH skit though, fave anime of mine. ^_~

Cosplaying is dressing up as a character.

The Masquerade is the STAGE show that takes place on Saturday. People either perform skits or do a walk-on. A walk-on is just that. You walk onstage, show off your costume for as long as you are comfortable and then leave the stage.
