Fanplusfriend has a pretty good reputation, you can find lots of reviews on EGL. In general, good quality, good lace etc. The only real issues is with custom sizing, they have a tendency to screw up plus sized sizing if that's an issues for you ^^

yeah I've seen a lot of reviews that complain about custom sizing issues, thankfully I am 5"5 and of average build so the standard sizes should be fine

I bought my Haruhi cosplay from there, I would recomend it to you. It came relatively quickly too, which surprised both my cousin and I as she had ordered a costume a good two weeks before hand from a different site and my cosplay arrived in about 2 weeks after ordering.
