Would it be impossible to do a skit for a charactee that I made up and an outfit for?

You'll just confuse a lot of people, unless your skit is about some generic anime thing that can be funny.

in Animecon2002 a guy has made a skit saying he was an anime background character.. he said things about his grandparents having been killed by Gats (The Sword of Berserk), his parents killed by some guys wearing black clothes fighting over okyo Tower (Kamui and Fuuma, form X =þ), and about his first girlfriend being killed by a berserking robot wearing purple armor (EVA-01, from you-know-where XP).. everyone who was watching it laugh a lot, so.. yes,i think you can do it
