Costume Repair Station: Upstairs vs. Downstairs?

What would you guys say if we put the Costume Repair Station on the second floor, in a guest room? (The elevator's not far from the Con Suite. In fact, the fire stairs are very close to the Con Suite, we could put the Costume Repair Station at the end of the hall near the stairs instead of near the elevator.)

Just wondering... we're exploring some options here...

I think close upstairs is a good idea. That way, people don't have to walk as far to fix their costume. Sometimes, to fix a piece, you have to take it off, so if a person could just scamper on over to their hotel room, take it off, and bring it to the repair shop without having to run through the hotel lobby, it might be pleasant. :3

And at the same time, it's not such a huge hassle that those who have minor problems with their costume (omg! My sequin fell off! Oh noes!) will be grumpy about going there.
