Objection! Hold It! Take That! Signs

Okay I was wondering if anyone who has cosplayed as a Phoenix Wright character has ever made the Obejection signs. I'm looking to make one that is pretty cool looking and actually looks like it's from the game. Are there any patterns out there on the internet and what kinds of material shoul I use for a sturdy sign (cardboard, plaster, etc.)?

Hurray Phoenix Wright; I love those games :3

Have you checked the thread for it yet?

I remember seeing someone post a large vector graphic for Objection signs. You'll probably get better answers by posting there, too.

I remember meeting a couplea guys that were cosplaying Phoenix Wright and Miles Edgeworth, and they would both point at each other like the evil monkey in Chris Griffin's closet from Family Guy and hold their OBJECTION! signs above their heads. I'm pretty sure they screenshotted the actual speech bubble from the game, blew it up a couple dozen times, took it to kinkos and got it printed a couple times and then glued it onto cardboard and cut it out and then glued the cut-outs to a long wooden dowel.

as far as what you should make them out of i would just use foamboard we made an arrow for ouran host club and carried it around awa all weekend ( that poor sign was so abused) and it held up just fine and it was really easy to make just draw the design on cut it out and paint

I just drew the pencil lines on a piece of poster board, colored it with markers, and duct taped it to a dowel, and it came out really well.

I'll post it when I find my camera cable.
