Could you give me a best commissioner to make a cosplay costume and the sword for me? Make sure the person lives in North America.

I want to be Rena Black Rose from .hack//legend of Twilight.

The cost doesn't really matter, to be honest. =D

(The wig is taken care of, I hope. My mother is a hairstylist and she will buy a human wig. So she can dye it pink and make it look like Rena's hair...)

Also, would you give me tips and advices to make the cosplay look amazing like how Japanese cosplayers do? I've always wonder how Japanese cosplayer make their cosplay look absolutely amazing! o;

Age: 16
Height: 5'4
Hair: Naturally straight black
Skin: brown (I'm somali -Eastern African)

I have a right skin tone for Black Rose. So remember I want to make it perfect like how most Japanese people make theirs perfect. @_@ I'm taking this serious. xD

Well apart of it is some heavy photoshop work. Lol.

One the serious side I suggest checking out the Commissioner Review Thread for a possible commissioner. Also posting pictures of the character would be helpful for those not familiar with Legend of the Twilight.
