Sauron Cosplay Help

Whats up guys,
I just got to this site searching for help on my Sauron cosplay. I have a rought Idea whats it supposed to look like (like the one in shadow of mordor).
Heres a picture from the game.

Now I live in Slovenia and I need to find a blacksmith to make me the armor. Why armor?
Im 196 cm tall and Ive worn armor before so I could handle it for an hour or 2 and it looks better unless I fing something similar to the authenticity of metal. Im thinking of an aluminium armor(since its the lightest). Very simply made and that its shiny. My dimensions are huge (since im tall). I do not wish to make it a 1:1 scaling since sauron is way bigger then me. I just want it to fit and look somewhat authentic like in the game. And I chose this pre-lotr sauron cause it looks better and the armor does not look complicated to make. It will probably be a one pieced chest wich is the main part and is easiest to make. There will be a problem with the leggings and arms (probably multipieced). Finding the cloth and mace for the cosplay wont be an issue I think (I will post).

So long story short:
-need suggestions on materials
-where to get them
-anything that might help.

Nothing has been scetched yet. This is just an idea I wanted to make for quite some time and never my hands on it until now.
