Hello everyone! just wondering what everyone else is! What cosplay would suit me best?

I am roughly 5'8 and lean built and have small hands and feet, as well as some scars, i am quite willing to cosplay anything but have yet to find something that is truly perfect for how i look, oh! and as you can see in the pic i have mildly pointed ears for some reason, looking forward to any and all ideas please and ty! Also i will be do my best to respond to others quaries about what cosplay they should go as, many thanks in advance!

Hi! I'm relatively new to cosplay, and I have a few ideas for who I could do, but I don't know which to do next. I'm a beginner at sewing, but I'm up for a challenge (the next con I'm attending is in late September, so I have time to do something complex or to mess up :3).
Height: 5'6"
Weight: 135-140 lbs
Hair color/length: Black/short (goes to my chin)
Eye color: Brown (I wear glasses, but I could go without them)
Skin color: Tan-ish? (I'm black)

I have no problem with wigs (I'm wearing one in the picture for my Seychelles costume), makeup, or crossplaying (although I've never crossplayed before). I can't wear contacts, but the person's eye color doesn't matter as much (to me) as the other stuff. I would prefer a character from an anime show, but someone from a game or Disney movie or something else is fine. Thanks for any suggestions you can give!

Hi! Uhm... I've always loved those professional cosplay photoshoots out there but I've never got the guts to try, and one more reason is that there are not many festivals or cons in my city so it's rather pointless... A-anyway, I really want to cosplay now, yet I'm totally clueless. I need your help :3
First question is: Should I even cosplay?
If you think I should, then onto the informations :3
(I'll update some photos later, since I HATE taking pictures of myself. I need my friend to send me some)
Height: 5'67''/170 cm
Weight: 127 lbs/58 kg (may be even more >///<)
Age: 13 (I'm turning 14 this June) - this isn't very important, really...
Gender: Female
Hair: Black, straight hair (I'm Asian)
Eyes: Pitch black
Wigs, contacts and makeup are all fine, as long as my budget allows >w<
I'm super flat chested >///< and my body is pear shaped (so I'm still a bit curvy ^^) which means my legs are a bit chubby, plus there are a lot of scar (I had eczema ;_; ), that's why I'd rather wear something that doesn't reveal my legs (long dresses, ball gowns, etc), or more preferably, crossplay ^^.
Actually I've already had a few characters in mind:
1. Allen Walker - D.Gray-man : I love him, but I'm worried that his Exorcist uniform would be too hard for me to make. And his white hair will make my not-very-clear Asian skin even darker TT_TT
2. Ciel Phantomhive - Kuroshitsuji : I'm absolutely crazy about him, but his Victorian era clothes are way off my reach. And I think I'm too tall for him already, though I've seen people aroung my height successfully cosplayed him. I don't know...
3. Snake - Kuroshitsuji : I like his personality and the way he acts, somehow remind me of myself. His skin probably needs a lot of makeup too, so I won't have to worry about my real skin. His outfit isn't hard either. Just... the snakes :3
4. Gauche Suede - Letter Bee : He is one of my favorite, and though still hard to make, his clothes reveal nearly nothing. But, just like Allen, his white hair is a big challenge to my skin, even with makeup.
5. Kamui Gakupo - Vocaloid : I'm not really interested in him, moreover I don't think I would make a good bishie. But my friend, she really wants me to join her Vocaloid cosplay group and cosplay him! >"<

Hey there! I think you should totally cosplay! Cosplay allows you to express yourself plus its super fun ^_^ Also height isn't a huge issue so don't worry if you're to tall or to short If you want to do Ciel, you could try her Girl form All the ones you suggested are great too! What other anime do you like? (so I can suggest some stuff xD)

Thank you ^^ I don't think I would fit as a Trap!Ciel (cause I'm not cute enough, haha), but thanks for the suggestion. Uhm... As for the manga-anime I like: Death Note, Bleach, Naruto, Deadman Wonderland, Mahou Sensei Negima, Black Butler (manga only; sadly I haven't watch the anime), Letter Bee, D.Gray-man, etc.
Does anybody else have other suggestions? I'd be really grateful to have your advices <3

Hey Looking for suggestions on characters that might be good for me to cosplay as. I'm familiar with a vast amount of anime (mainly recent ones though) and games. I'm also a newbie to cosplaying, but I can easily craft anything (sewing, plastics, etc.) Here's a bit of stuff about me:
Age: 14 (I look old enough though, at least)
Gender: Male
Height: 5' 10"
Weight: 170 (but i'm athletic so it isn't an issue)
Hair: Black (but willing to dye any color. i currently have orange bangs)
Eyes: Light brown (unable to wear color contacts, but I'm not too worried about eye colors)
I'm mixed (Asian and White). My skin color is a bit darker than average caucasian. I also don't look too asian. (Not really sure if this matters.)

I'm willing to do stuff to my hair or wear wigs, and costumes can be any skill level really. I'm even alright with crossplay since I'm pretty feminine looking o_o (i got them hips.) I just don't really know who to cosplay as... I was thinking along the lines of some FF characters, but throw some names out please? Thanks!

Wigs: Sure.
Contacts: Preferably not but I won't say no.
Crossplay: No, I have too much curves to crossplay successfully.
Skill level: Right now, I'm just a beginner at...everything.
Height: about 5'2
Weight: about 160 lbs.
Also, I'm rather overweight so no skimpy outfits xD I just won't feel comfortable in them.
