I'm 5'2" at 116 lbs
Dark eyes (But would wear contacts)
My body is very disproportionate, i have a chubby face, an okay chest, a pretty small waist, but a round rump(genetics, okay. i don't know. )
Any suggestions would be great!

I'm new here and I've always always wanted to cosplay, but never had the money D: but this year for an anime con near me, I'm pretty set on cosplaying for sure! I think I wanna go as Shana from Shakugan no Shana, but I might want other options just in case!

The first things that popped into my head for you were Sailor Jupiter and Sailor Neptune from Sailor Moon, Meiko from Vocaloid, and Yuuko from XXXHolic.
