I''m 5'2, about 120lbs. I think I have a kind of...kid-like face and I'm almost 99% certain I can't pull off mature looking characters, but you guys will know better than I will!

I'm 5'7, 145 pounds, and dark brown eyes. I'm skinny and I've been told I have a baby face >_> I haven't cosplayed in the past and I want to start.

You know, the first person who came to mind when I saw you was actually a mature character TBH. I don't remember her name, but she was a PK character with orange hair from Sword Art Online. Maybe someone can fill that name in for me. She was around episode 5 or 6.... wanna say 6.

Hi. I'm medium sort of height, medium sort of build. My hair is just past shoulder length and dark brown in colour.
I suppose my real trouble is my glasses as contact lenses and going without them is no option. They're not exactly understated either.
I don't mind cross-play, gender-bent, or non-anime and manga characters, but please nothing revealing.
I can't exactly afford a wig either.

I can't see the picture, but a really cute character who wears glasses is Tsukimi from Kuragehime/Jellyfish Princess.

She also has a pretty wide variety of outfits!

So, I'm pretty new to this whole cosplaying thing, and I wanna give it a try.
Though my problem is...I have no idea who I'd look good as. Would much rather get an opinion from someone than just pick a character and screw it up.

XD... I don't think I can pull off being blonde.... Granted I never tried putting on a blonde wig before... I tried dying my hair blonde once and long story short all those pictures of me magically disappeared.. Into an abyss. NEVER TO RETURN.

Cosplay 1: Sailor Venus (Commissioner failed to make 4 month deadline) Cosplay 2: Anaru Anjou (Commissioner failed to make 2 month deadline) Reality: Recycled or no cosplay at all. Got to love commissioning! Thanks everyone!! Serious thanks to Dulcinea, who actually made the deadline for the accessories far in advance and of outstanding quality. Sucks they won't be used.
