Hi people! I'm trying to get ideas too, so could you help me please?
My Picture! I'm a girl. I have no problems with crossplaying, wigs, etc. I have a normal/curvy build, and I'm about 1.67cm (5'5"), I'm kinda busty if that helps too XD I have brown eyes, dark brown shoulder lenght hair, I'd like to use it if possible, but I have no problems using wigs (because where I live is really difficult to get a nice wig...) Oh, and I'm kinda shy, so please no skimpy outfits... ^_^;; Thank you very much! @natylopez: I think you'll make a nice Suiseiseki (Rozen Maiden) Picture 1 Picture 2 Picture 3 If you have a friend/sister you could go as the twins Souseiseki and Suiseiseki ^_^ @DemonDarkChild: Mmmh... Maybe Ino Yamanaka from Naruto? Eri Sawachika from School Rumble? Shinku from Rozen Maiden? There are a lot of blonde characters ^_^; Hope I can be of help |

Hey all. So, I KNOW I already look a lot like Aeris from Final Fantasy VII, and after getting such praise for choosing a costume that fits my look so well I've started thinking I want to narrow my cosplay ideas more into characters I look like.

I'd love more suggestions though! DemonDarkchild- Your look reminds me of...well, me! lol That said, I will surely second whoever told you to dress as Winry! Sheik could also work well on you, but Malon would require a wig. As would Hawkeye because her hair is much shorter than yours. If you're willing to try for a little extra work maybe Rikku from FFX or FFX-2 too, or perhaps Panelo from FFXII. Also, I imagine you could make a good Ino from Naruto. VegaLyre- your mentioned circus clown make-up and my mind immediately went to my friend Saki_B's cosplay of Harle from Chrono Cross (http://chrono.lunar-net.com/cc/cross...arle2-800.jpg). From your look I'd have to say the first idea that came to mind is Kitty Pryde from X-Men (particularly as drawn in Astonishing X-Men). If you're looking for something more along the lines of anime, though, perhaps Kaoru from Kenshin? or Rinoa from FFVIII. Oh, you'd also make a great Sailor Jupiter. Also, w00t yay acting majors who cosplay  (aren't we just insane? haha)Crazymonkey- I can see you as a GREAT Malon from Zelda: Ocarina of Time. I'd suggest more, but unfortunately don't have time at the moment. Zodidij, I will certainly be thinking of characters with beards to try to come up with something for you!

Who do I look like? Sorry the photo's in Sepa, but I think it'll do. I'm not crazy about cross play (it makes me really confused) but If it's a cool character I'd do it. (and if it's not to complicated, I'm a newbie)

hey i have a convention coming up in a month and i still don't no who i can go as...
i have a long almost waist like blonde wig with bangs and i also have medium brown extensions shown in one of my photos   any help would be wonderful |

Please remember to check the first post of this thread. Do not repost yourself, especially when you just posted within the last few pages, and edit your original post if you need to add more. FumikoSan, I wonder if you would be able to style your hair like Amelia from Slayers (http://www.inverse.org/e/bkg/chars/amelia-trans.gif). It strikes me as slightly too long, but her hair does do a bit of a flip out and with the right styling tools and techniques (I'd suggest Freeze Spray--it does WONDERS), the length might serve you well.
cuz-u-luv-me, I'd be better able to give suggestions if I knew what your hair color was (maybe you could edit that into your post?), but I think you'd look great as Tomoyo from Cardcaptor Sakura. Kagome_sitboy, based on your username I'd have guessed one of the first costumes you'd have done was Kagome, but according to your costume list you haven't! I'd say go for that one! You might want to try to volumeize your hair w/ the extensions (if possible) but I think you'd be fine with your hair as is too. Also, your Lacus is adorable and makes me wonder how you'd look as Utena. I imagine that would fit your facial structure quite well, actually. I can also see you as Tifa from FFVII or Rinoa from FFVIII. And that's all I've got time for now. Please somebody check out my pictures posted a bit higher on this page and give me suggestions too.
