How tall are you? Reason being is that you could pull off Ned from Pushing Daisies, but he's, oh, 6'3. XD

I've been plotting a Frederic François Chopin costume and i've always wanted to do Squall, but my female friend is crossplaying him now (damn you wench!). Hell We BOTH have had the squall ring and pendant for years (ok I had mine for longer, hahaha!) I remember wearing down my knuckle to fit that ring on my finger as a kid lol, and it still fits me now eeep lol. Talk about going to extremes for cossplay :P


I'm just a little over 6 feet. And unfortunately even after loving pushing daises, I doubt I would recognize someone as Ned unless it was the actor heh.

I never thought of Ichigo, probably because of how overdone he is as a character.

I must find someone I can cossplay as where I'll have the yaoi fan girls all over me (or fanboys, yay :P) Unfortunately that means Kingdom hearts these days, and I’ve yet to play it (it’s next in line :P) Perhaps my Shuichi outfit will bring the fangirls? But I’m too tall and mature looking now I think, bah.

I actually cosplayed as Chuck, with a Ned, at Dragoncon. We wore the outfits only about an hour, and a ton of people recognized who we were. It helps if you have a pie box with "The Pie Hole" on it and/or carry around a pie. It could be different at anime cons (I only do scifi/comic cons), but at D*Con, we had plenty of people who recognized us. Black dress shirt, black pants, black Chucks, a half apron, and pie, and you're good to go.

So if you could rope in an adorable, tiny girl, you'd be fine.

Thanks for responding, guys! If anyone still has any suggestions please post them!! I should have said this before, but I'm really looking to cosplay someone who actually looks my age. And I'm fine with buying wigs and contacts and all that jazz.

I solved that little problem by making one out of Model Magic instead of real pie ingredients.

But man, was I craving pie soooo bad after making the fake pie. XD
