Here I am! I live in Attleboro now, but I was born and most of my schooling was in Rhody. I actually go to college in Rhode Island now!

So....hi =D

Not bad, although tired. My friend is getting married this weekend, and I'm making her wedding dress, and I was up until after 1 last night working on it, then had to be up at 6 to get to work. I will definitely be glad when this project is done.

Pretty good I guess, aside from boy troubles.

@z: Yeah, I sew almost all my own costumes (and quite a few for some friends, too, come to think of it). Probably 80% of my cosplays are my own work; I've got a couple that I was able to put together through some commercially-available or vintage stuff. I wish I had more free time, as I have a number of non-cosplay fashion designs that I really want to try out, but there always seems to be other projects and chores demanding my time instead.

@SpazItUp: Boy troubles suck

Thanks!

I used to be scared of the sewing machine (I think because when I was really little, I saw my mom catch her finger in the needle. I'm sure now it couldn't have been much blood, but at the time, it startled me). I used to hand-sew all sorts of things. When I was in college, my mom gave me my own machine and I started making RenFaire garb for myself and friends. I still learn something new with almost every project.
