I was wondering if someone can help me. I've been trying to upload a forum avatar pic, but every time I do it says its too big. I have the size smaller then it wants, but it keeps saying that the image is 47.1 KB when photoshop says its 16.5k. I'm so confused.

Anyone know what I'm doing wrong?
