Air Gear Air Trek Help?
...So I just finished Air Gear, and I really want to cosplay as Mikan.
But I figure, if I'm going to pull off this costume, I ought to be as accurate as possible and try and make some Air Treks of my own. I'm a fairly proficient rollerblader, so that isn't a problem. I would prefer to start with some sort of sneaker for a base, and use rollerblade parts. I figure if people can make shoes, and people can customize skateboards, I should be able to make Air Treks. So I want the general populace's opinion/assistance: -What sort of shoe/material should I start with? -What do I use to support the wheels? -The issue of weight distribution. -Should I scrap the whole thing and wear rollerblades? |
