I'm surprised no one mentioned Ling Lam for cheap and cheerful shoes. Alot of people on EGL have bought from them and have had a good experience. I know alow of people have bought the popular rocking horse replicas them.

for cheap loli shoes:
GET YE TO GOODWILL.
i an't even count how many times i've found lovely loli-style shoes at goodwill.
i have big-ish feet and size 9's don't give up their shoes until they're no longer wearable. XD
but if you're a 6-8 it's heaven.

i got 2 sets of loli-esque mary janes at Ross for $8 apeice! one plain black one and one light blue with a white scaloped border. if you find plain mary janes, you can always spruce them up by adding your own bows, flowers or other plastic charms at joannes fabrics or any other craft store, and a non-marking clip. the people who work there are usually very helpful and have alot of ideas if you ask! hope i was some help ^^

In Ireland we have a huge chain store called Penneys (Primark in England) and they can always be counted on for cheap cosplay shoes. I found a pair of sandals that, while they weren't quite loli, they were really high and made with white lacy stuff with a bow on the front and they were dirt cheap. I don't know if they do international deliveries but if any of you have British or Irish friends, get them to look into it for you.
