Has anybody ever made a Prince of Tennis outfit?

does anybody know somebody that could make a prince of tennis polo shirt easy, good, and cheap. i heard for skilled person like taking polo and adding sleeve colors from different fabric was easy and cheap. most fans make them cause expensive online. and i gots not much money to spend on cosplay since most my money goes to car payments. I'm just looking for somebody to make polo shirt, i can buy shorts or sweatpants on my own that would work.

Has anybody made one before, how much would you need for polo shirt and fabric materials, and how much would you need for commission?

I've never cosplayed before but really want to cosplay at Katsucon.

Heres what i'm looking for-

Just polo shirt though, i don't need a jacket made, some people wear jackets.

Nice thing about that polo shirt is design and everything, it's something nice i can use outside of conventions to
