Yes, it's a con in Pittsburgh, PA. No, it has NOTHING to do with the bust that was Takocon. -_-

We want to annouce that it will be happening March 29-30, 2003. While there isn't much on the site yet, we are working hard to get it up as soon as possible. If you have any questions, or are interested in volunteering (^_^), feel free to contact me or anyone listed on the site.

On a cosplay-related note, the con hotel is conveniently located right near a huge JoAnns! XD

This hotel is like 15 minutes FROM MY HOUSE! I can commute to this one! I'll SO be there!

I printed out the flier already, I can't wait! The Point where all the restraunts/shops/etc are is where I do all of my grocery/etc shopping, and that's the JoAnn's that I go to constantly! It's very nice and the people are really nice too!

Yay!

Must .. get ...sewing ....

blargh.. i can't go to it... kinda intersects with KosaiKon, which is a mere 20 mins from me, contrast to Tekkoshocon's 2 hour drive...

But the cons are nearly two months apart... ;_; That is too much of an overlap? A shame...

Lady_Sephiroth: Yup! I really like that JoAnns but it's actually pretty far out from my place. I did, however, get my beautiful pink velvet from there last year, and I've had great experience with the people who work there.

Hmm....gee, we're in State College PA, that's not too far.... I'll have to talk to my hubby, since he's the student ^^
But maybe we'll be able to go to this! It would certainly break up the wait for Otakon 2003!
