yes hi im trying to finda person who can make me a sailor luna costume?! for lik 120 bucks..... (i dont make much (i work only at burger king))

for those who dont know who sialor luna is
she is from Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon
and i have some pics of what she looks like

its her purple tail
her collar is yellow but in the back it a big yellow bow and has a cresent moon thingy
the boot and gloves at the top of them have this fluffy pink thing around them and she has those fluffy pink things at the shoulders
and her bow in the front has a white bell too!
(this is for those who've never seen PGSM)

i will send measurements once we are agreed!
i can only send money orders (i finally figure that out!)
if i get the wig a low price that will be fine but if not i can dye my hair to make look like that. but i would the ears

You might be able to find someone willing to make a Sailor Luna costume for around $100, (maybe), but you won't find the wig for $10 unless it's dollar store quality. o.O;

I'd charge at least $80 for that wig, because it's in pigtails, which is hard to do, and involves some work. (although I imagine people could and would do it for cheaper, buuut)

So good luck on that, but don't hold your breath for a $10 wig. n_n;

I am going to be completely honest with you. It is highly unlikely that you will find somebody willing to make such a complicated costume for such a low price. Whereas a sailor fuku LOOKS easy, it is more intricate and fiddly than you can imagine. Having made my share of them, I can state that every time I make one I STILL learn something new.

Given that, most people I know that are even low end costumers wouldn't accept your commission at such a low price. The materials alone for this costume could run over half of what you are offering. I know that on average it takes me 15 hours to make a fuku from start to finish. Lets say materials cost me half of what you are offering, so that leaves me with $60 profit for 15 hours of work. That comes out to $4/hour. In Michigan, minimum wage is $7.45/hour meaning that I wouldn't be earning MINIMUM WAGE for your order, let alone a DECENT wage.

I know this is going to come off cruel, but you say how you don't have much money because you "only work at burger king". The fact of the matter is that for many of us commissioners here, this IS our job. Our only source of income. YOU make more than we do if we take orders at your standards of price! My suggestion is to stop making excuses of where you work and why you are "oh woe is me, I'm so poor" and save your money to hire somebody at a proper rate. Currently you are just coming off as completely offensive to a lot of people here that aren't as willing to say as such to you.

What would be better would be if you could put together a coherent sentence with less misspellings, some semblance of grammar, and maybe something that doesn't sound like you backpeddling to save your ass. A quote from your first post:

Now that I have called you out on it, you suddenly change your story. Anybody who read the very first line of your post, which I just quoted, can figure out for themselves what kind of thread this will be. We see it here all the time on the spam board and quite frankly, yes I DID need to put it that rudely for you to get the hint since others have stated NICELY that you won't find the costume for that price and yet you continued to go forward with your plea for a cheap costume.

If you are truly hard up for a dirt cheap costume, try ebay. I am sure there are many a Chinese seller that will LOVE to send you a costume that look nothing like what they have pictured because they stole the images from random sites. But hey, you get what you pay for.

Unless that commissioner is seriously being ripped off and losing money/going the extra mile, you're not going to get high quality for either wig or costume.

Mimi, there is no talking to somebody that wants a cheap costume. The ONLY commissioner that works in the range of $190 for this costume is Setsuna Kou and we all know what her "quality" is like....
