looking for a C.C. wig
I'm going to be cosplaying C.C. (from Code Geass) this year, so does anyone know where I can find a waist length green wig? I've found many bright neon, teal, and dark green ones which were nice, but I'd like one that looks more "natural", even though its a green wig.
Here's some pictures of what I dream to find:

If anyone has seen this coloured wig or has pictures of theirs from cosworx (because its the next on my list after ebay) I would love to see it.

Don't forget that you can color a wig yourself. You can start with a white one, (white is very easy to find in that length), and Sharpie it nearly any color you want.
Search in this forum for a variety of tips and tricks for dyeing with Sharpies--you can color a wig manually with the pen, or use a spray bottle and an alcohol solution. For a wig that long, I heartily recommend the spray.

I second chisainekocat's suggestion of the cosplaywig wig, I own it and it would be pretty much perfect for C.C. It's a little bit brighter green than the picture on eBay, but it's nowhere near the SHINYNEONOMG of most light green wigs.

Mangochutny- The sharpie idea seems costly if I have to get many pens for such a long wig but I know a friend who is going to do that so I'll see how it goes for her first.
Chisainekocat- I'll keep my eye on that one on ebay, it looks great, really what I want to get.
Ani BEE- I don't think I really want my wig like that but there are others there that have caught my attention, thanks for the link.
Thia Fayne- I agree that those lighter wigs are extremely bright. Have you taken pictures of that wig with a flash? If its not neon then its better than the ones I've seen.
Thanks to all of you for replying and helping me out.

go with the one from cosplaywig I also have that one and I am using in this year just for CC. It is worth the money it is a REALLY nice wig. I haven't been dissatisfied with any of cosplaywig's wigs. and I have like 6 of them cause they have great colors, they get uniqqe colors cause the blend different strands of hair colors. like the green one you are looking at is the grass green and pink, super-close it looks weird but from far off it looks awsome!

I'm a HUGE fan of Code Geass and I thing the green that Ivy from CosWorx comes in is just perfect for C.C.. it's not neon- it's a pleasant apple green. It's worth a look
That said, if you find it too bright, you can add some brownish sharpie lowlights to give it more dimension.

Thia Fayne- Thank you for those pictures I can never tell if wigs were taken with a flash on, and I think this wig does look quite well in light.
Tejina-I agree, those wigs do look a bit off, but it seems great from what you and everyone has said.
TristenCitrine-Hmmm... Thanks for the tip, I'll keep that in mind for this (and any other wig I will hopefully buy)
Thanks for your replies everyone, I'm really excited about this and hope this cosplay turns out well with this wig.

Cosplaywig is great, but I've heard that their longer wigs tangle terribly after a while...I own own three short wigs and a clip on ponytail and I'm finding that the ponytail ends get frizzy... so be careful with what you get. I personally think that a brighter green, the light green from cosworx and Amphigory is more accurate but you can go with what you want. I'm planning C.C. myself for this winter break and am using a Showgirl wig in light green. ^^ I've also heard that Sakurawigs has bad communication and slow shipping, so I'd recommend staying away from their site.

Any long wig will tangle horribly when you wear it, so that's not necessarily a problem with the fiber quality. However, the long wigs I've seen that were from cosplaywig were very thin, the shorter ones seem to be somewhat thicker but they're still meant to be worn out-of-the-bag, you can't really style them much. I'd say buy it if you don't want to bother with custom-coloring, but be aware that there are finer and thicker wigs available in white or light blonde that you could dye the shade you want.
