Yes! SockDreams is my god. I get socks there for normal wear and I just love them! I wear my Mizore socks around randomly. Mine are diffrent from the ones ninjagal6 linked but mines seem to be out of stock T_T I recommend everyone get a bottle of sock glue for cosplay, that stuff works wonders!

Also! Has anyone else seen the new Mizore figure! It solves the mystery of where the leg belt connects too!

question... I plan on doing a Mizore cosplay for Katsu, but I want to base it off the manga, not the anime. The issue I'm having is figuring out her manga skirt color... in the anime her skirt is the same color as everyone else's, but the cover of manga volume 5 has her in a blue skirt (with Moka on the back in the regular color so it doesn't seem to just be a coloring error).. but another pic has her in a rather dark green... any ideas?

The figure of her has her skirt as green and blue, and other manga images have it the same color as everyone else. Basically it's up to you, you might want to go fabric shopping and see if you can find things that are close to any of the colors.

I am cosplaying Akashiya Moka. I have the wig, rosario, and skirt on its way but I have one problem and that is the blazer. I think I have found a few on ebay that look close to the blazer. But I need to know how to do the lining and how will I go about doing that. Any ideas? I do not know how to use a sewing machine. I can probably hand sew it.

I have two choices of blazers to choose from

1 thats teal the other is green

Also am I the only one who notices how the color of the school blazer changes? It goes from teal blue to green. In the manga its forest green but thats a whole different story.

I take it you mean the white lines on the blazer? Since you don't have a sewing machine I would suggest you go buy some nice white ribbon thick enough for the lines. You can attach it to the blazer with a glue called Fabric-Tac or you can get something called Stitch witchery which is iron on. My personal color choice is what i call a 'mint' green for the anime version and forest green for the manga version.

I'm re-vamping Mizore for Ohayo/Katsu and I just dyed a new wig. I'm not too sure about the color it turned out. It's a tad to dark but it looks pretty cool.

Mint green huh? Definitely will look for that color. I tend to always find myself leaning towards teal. The Youkai Academy Blazer is color confused lol. I found two good blazers on ebay but I am worried about the fit. I want it to be snug. Those will be my final option but I think I am gonna go visit the local thrift store tomorrow to see what they have instead.

and ooh awesome! ^_^ have you finished Mizore's outfit? and what type of wig did you buy? I'd love to see the finished result. And btw I see you're doing Cornelia. Are you cosplaying her for Katsucon? I am also cosplaying as school uniform C.C and my friend who is doing Suzaku has been trying to gather Code geass cosplayers for a shoot and had no replies. Are you participating in any?

You can get fabric tac at any fabric store and WalMart. I hope you can find a blazer in a color you like!
