Definately the Wisp, all you would need to do is some minor trimming in the bangs and razoring in some layers and you're done <3!

Just to keep this in mind, the wigheads that are used to show the wigs on cosworx are a little small, I've found that the average person's head (who knows, maybe I just know people with huge heads) is a bit bigger than those so the wig isn't as long as it might look. I've found that its a good idea to get a wig longer than you need and trim it to the length it needs to be.

I noticed before you seemed to have a problem with razors. You can use eyebrow trimmers or even bikini line razors, they're not open edged flat razors like you might be thinking of, they've got plastic handles and they're pretty hard to cut yourself with. If you're still uncomfortable with them then you can try thinning shears (seen here) they don't give quite the same effect as razoring your hair does, but it'll keep you from getting straight cuts, which look pretty terrible, and it'll also give the wispy sort of look that Ritsuka has.

Lol, the type of razor I was referencing to earlier was a feathering razor like this: http://imagehost.vendio.com/bin/view...azorBlack1.jpg. They are shaped exactly like eyebrow razors except bigger since they are meant for hair. You'll never need to be scared of getting cut since its not a straight blade like Navigated said, but rather a curved beveled edge. You could run the blade against your hand and still not get hurt, since in order for the razor to cut anything it needs to go past those curved bevels and reach the actual sharp areas. Which is how a feathering razor gets the wispy look since it is basically cutting unevenly just like the thinning shears except even more uneven and with more control ^^. They run from $40 in Beauty Supply stores, but are cheaper starting from $15 on the internet (I bought mine for $20 including 20 extra replacement blades on eBay). If you can't afford a feathering razor, eyebrow razors would work just fine as a substitute, it'll just take a little longer to finish since they are about 3x smaller than the average feathering razor.
