So...here's my question. I decided I wanted to do somethign different for my Hanabishi Recca costume...and decided it would be cool...to do like the burned arm bit. So here's the question.....ideas about how to make an arm look burned. ^_^

Dark brown tones, very little black... Maybe dark reds... Um... Fake blood? I guess that's all I can think of... Oh, and to give an effect of skin peeling... x_x;;; You can use vaseline and toilet paper under make-up... Dunno how much help that is...

I'd look online at some makeup tutorials for some tips, or maybe even do a search for burn makeup. I found a bunch of it at costume sites back when i was looking for those oh-so-elusive fake veins....good luck

You can get liquid latex at places like AC Moore and Micheals... Maybe that might help to texturize the skin to that burnt flesh look, and then make up on top.
