Koshi Rikdo Cosplay
Hi! I'm trying to peice together a cosplay of Koshi Rikdo from Excel Saga. However, I can't seem to find any decent pics of him nor do I have any idea of what exactly to wear.
If anyone can offer me any help it would be most appreciated.
So far, all I know is that I need to get some of that sheer white fabric to use for the glasses (I have some lensless frames and I'm going for that distinct anime look), but I don't know where to get a small portion of it.
Everything else, I have no clue.

PLEASE tell me you'll be at AX! *dies* I've been looking for a Rikudo, I've even got everything I need to make a giant Rikudo stamp like in the series! I'd let you use it.  Uhm unfortunately I don't have my Excel DVDs handy . . . but when I do get in the same place as them, I'll try to make you some caps. I think he wears jeans and a green or blue polo shirt, but that's just from memory so . . . o_O And he has a character on his forehead, but I can't remember what it was. I looked for images of him online, but didn't find any. |

REALLY!?!? Yeah, I'm doing the cosplay SPECIFICALLY For AX.
I'm going to go to Koshi Rikdo's forum, or whereever he is cause he's a guest of honor. Get my picture taken with him IN COSTUME. And then have him personally endorse this sign I'm bringing that says:
[I, Koshi Rikdo do hereby give my permission to turn Excel Saga into an awesome cosplay experience]
Yeah, my friends and I are planning an Excel Saga cosplay, but we couldn't get our costumes done in time for AX. Mine's the easiest and I really wanna do this since Rikdo's gonna be at AX personally.
And I beleive the character was just in episode 1 and it said "death"

Yah, I've had Excel Saga cosplay planned for AX since before Rikudo was announced as a guest. But now I'm not sure Ilpalazzo will be done in time. T_T Mainly cause I'd hate to wear him without the armor. Maybe last minute Ropponmatsu (chibi) . . . I'll certainly do my best, but regardless, I will have time to make the stamp.
Looks like Akujin can help you faster than I can. That's the problem living in two places at the same time, lol.

Wow! Like we should totally have the winds of fate make our paths cross or something.
I also have a Naota costume that I would simply love to see next to your Haruko costume if you still have it ^_^

Here you go. This is his regular attire. the only time he wore something different was at the beginning of a few eps where he was in costume dressed in an animal suit, as zenigata from lupin, as an athlete (tanktop and red shorts), in a kimono ringing a large bell and totally in white in an elvis style jumpsuit.
this pic is of his normal attire i am pretty sure he appeared at least once on every dvd in these cloths.

Hahah I wouldn't post my profile if I didn't want people reading it. Haruko's kinda retired at the moment (it was really ghetto to start with ^^;;; ), though I've been meaning to remake it. I am tempted by the idea of getting pics, I never did get any with other FLCL cosplayers. ><
