Suikoden III's Sarah costume
I was thinking about making a Sarah Costume and FINALLY showing up at a con (yes I admit it I have never been to a con...YET) anyways how exactly do you think I should go about making this costume? and has anyone cosplayed as Jaques, and have pics? Becuase Jaques is really cool. and does anyone know of a place to get a wig when it is nowhere near Halloween? 'cause I don't have a costume shop around here the closest on I THINK is the Mall of America and that's like 5-6 hours away! maybe I'll check like e-bay or something I dunno. anyways if I can't do her I wanna do another character that isn't overdone so any ideas on that? thanx ^_^

Thank You guys I guess I really need to know about how to make the top, becuase I could make the bottom skirt part with stuff I have here at home. I just need a look at the back mainly I didn't really pay attention while playing ^_^() all I know is that it has a bow thing on the back. Also Rosiel, I saw your Yuber costume, and it was great (in fact when I found out who exactly Yuber was *after seeing your costume* that's when I decieded I HAD to get the game)! I also saw your costume Rogue, and that was pretty much my inspiration to put together a Sarah costume. I'll try to find more Sarah pics too. so thnk you again!

Thank you once again for all your help! uh... Rogue, if you're still paying attention to this thread, how did you make Sarah's staff? 'cause I could really use an idea for it, i was thinking some hollow plastic pipe for the actual staff but as for the top, well I'm drawing up a blank! Now off to Goodwill or Salvation army I might go, maybe I'll check out some other stores too, Oh and also this will have been my first costume EVER made by myself, or rather ever homemade, so....uh...yeah...I'm kinda awaiting the results myself ^_^

I used PVC pipe for the staff. The top is a PVC pipe connector piece. I used foam sheets and cut them out in arrowhead shapes and kinda glued them around the connecter piece in a "flower petal" formation. There are three pieces of aluminum wire glued to the inside of the "flower petal". The blue ball is glued to the top of the wiring so the ball is "floatiing" on top. I then used silver puffy paint to go along all the edges to clean it up / add detail.

alright ^_^ I'll do that, but now a new problem has arised, what color IS Sarah's skirt part? I've seen black and navy blue... -_-() sorry if I'm getting on your nerves by asking all these questions, but I'm just starting and I wanna get this at least semi-right. Anyways so right after I get off the internet I will remember to Save in Le Bucque. I do have a save right at the end, and I'll see if I can find out anything from that too ^_^
