Hey guys im from Bridgend and was wondering

Was looking out for Welsh cosplayers and thought, hey, why not start a thread for us?

Not many of my friends cosplay, or this October will be their first time when we go to London ^^;

Ti iawn, boi? XD Yarp, I'm Welsh, and I cosplay. I did Miles Edgeworth at Eirtakon in Dublin last year. I'm planning to go as Solid/Naked Snake this year, but I'm having trouble finding a costume.

I live near Caernarfon, up north. Eirtakon is brilliant! Last year, there were over 400 attendees, around 80 of which cosplayed. This year's gonna be better because it's more organised and loads more is planned. Plus, the voice actor for Ed in Full Metal Alchemist, Vic Mignogna, will be a special guest.

The next one is on 14th-16th of November. Yeah, I'll be going and I'll be cosplaying Solid Snake.

Nope, staying with mates.

ive checked and the hotels around dcu are around €50-70 a night for that weekend. a B&B might be a slightly cheaper option and you get a free breakfast. there's quite a few within a few miles of dcu

Aberystwyth is in mid Wales, miles away from Caernarfon. Porthadog is nearer to Caernarfon, but still quite a way away. I have a mate who lived there actually. Barmouth, I dunno where that is. Can you get a bus into Caernarfon or Bangor maybe?
