Hey- I've contemplated cosplaying as Zatch Bell himself...... but I got a problem- how do ya make his dress/robe/whatever that is? And, I could use help on how t'make the bow.

This may be toughest costume I may make yet!

Make sure to make it 'flowy', meaning, alittle loose.

For the bow, there's a tutorial on how to make the bow on a Sailor Moon collar; just don't use strong interfacing to give it that limp but flowy look.

And for the...dress thing, I think you could use a tunic pattern off this site:

Just be sure to make it longer, and you obviously don't need to include sleeves.
And in the future, please post reference pictures with your requests--it makes it easier and faster for people to help you, because not everyone knows what Zatch Bell looks like. ^^;

Yes, since it's such a simple costume, you do. If you're willing to work with a few slightly difficult materials, a resin jewel might look really nice:

One final note I forgot: I will be cosplaying both Zatch and Naruto for Kumoricon- is the Naruto wig interchangeable with that of Zatch Bell's?

I'd definitely say no to sharing wigs. Naruto's is super spiky and Zatch's is short and limp. You'll need two different wigs unless you want Zatch's hair to be long and Naruto's spikes to be limp
