first of all good way to spend math class lol i do that too most times.
second for the contacts i found some here: link the "white cat" ones i think resemble the inuzuka clans eyes a bit.. eyes this thread could help you with the vest:link everything else.. i cant really help with ^^v

Here's a method for making your own headband.
You could use other materials besides the can though, like cardboard, perhaps. I've got a Naruto OC I might cosplay in the future too...good luck!

hey i was looking up contacts for myself and i found some that would be alot better then the white cat that i linked before link rather expensive though...
