MtF Crossplayable characters ?

Ive been reading the crossplay sections and I didnt get a lot of suggetions for M to F crossplay.

I am 5 6" 135 lbs, quite short and small for a guy. Even if I got the body type to perform crossplay, intuitively I know that some shouldnt be done for technical reasons, some costumes have no room for padding. My example for this is Cammy for SF series. Quite hard to emulate hips and tuck.

On the other hand, a lot of costumes got skirts, or even better, pleated skirts which give room to breath and enhance the hips.

Give me more suggestions for crossplay !

My first ideas were muscular type girl like Tifa FF7 (not AC), Jill from RE1, some DOA chicks (Ayane with the camo pleated skirt seem the easiest). Rumble roses chicks are big and muscular and most costumes can be found in local sex shop -_-

Your lucky to have that height and weight, you can dress up as whoever you like. I wouldn't worry about looking bad for more muscular type girls, just dress up as whoever you like.

I was more making reference to the technicality of the costume.

The Ayane costume : http://i138.photobucket.com/albums/q...ane/ayane2.jpg

Arms are hidden, black track jacket slim you down as well as the vertical white lines.

Turtle neck hides adams apple.

Pleated camo skirt, great for partial tucking, no hips padding required.

Good ol pair of chucks, comfy, and a lot easier to walk with than high heels ( our center of gravity is quite higher )

Short wig, more comfort.

VS

Cammy white.

Who got the exact opposite.
+ I wont be able to walk feminine in army boots.

What do you guys think ?

Go as whoever you like, that is the joy of cosplaying/crossplaying, dressing up as one of your favorite characters, even if you don't look like them

I'd have to agree with the rest of them. The true secret to good crossplaying... Hell. Who am I kidding? The secret to good cosplay is to just let yourself go. A bag full of excessive confidence and a wide smile is really all it takes. Someone with an average costume, crossplay or not is gonna look significantly better than a person with a good costume with an attitude of old steamed broccoli.

Do what you want to do, throw caution in the wind and have fun with it. You'll thank yourself later for the experience.

I've seen Cammy crossplayed, without any padding or corsetry involved. Obviously there was tucking involved, but there are tips right here on this forum to help you do that in a non-obvious way. Looked great. There are more important details to the costume than girly hips and waist.

Like the six thousand million people above me have said...cosplay exactly who you want. Your fan-love will help you make the costume look good and feel confident in it.

Thank you all for your answers.

I think Ill start with a Tifa since the costume is simplier for a newbie. Im currently stuck in deployment. On my way back home it will be Halloween so Ill send pictures of my results after that night.

Depending on the reception, Ill see if I can "graduate" to more complicated crossplay :P
