As a note to all on this forum:

I will be removing several of the less popular gatherings from the list by weekend's end. I'm sorry for those of you who hoped for a huge number of gatherings, but as this is a small con we can only do so many. Moreover, as very few (about three or four at last check) have volunteered to lead gatherings some will have to be dropped because I cannot lead everything.

Also of note, if you have a suggested time for a gathering that has yet to have a set time. Please post with your suggestion. This way I do not have to choose arbitrary times for the various gatherings.

Although, some of you, may be upset at the revised list coming on Sunday or Monday I suggest that you relax and know that this is the first year that we have attempted gatherings at Anime Vegas and as such you should expect a huge amount of gatherings. However, next year will most likely be different. I hope to see you at the con and be aware that plenty of updates will be made in the next few days.

Several gatherings have been removed due to lack of interest. I will hoever, add a gathering if you really want it and offer a time and day.

Location will be narrowed down and be posted tomorrow or wednesday.

The vocaloids is set for Sunday at 1pm
some Bleachers want a second Bleach gathering at that same time

If either can change let me know, quickly

Finalized list is up.

I may make minor changes in the next few hours, but since I am leaving for Vegas tomorrow around noon don't expect too many.

For those who do not know gatherings will be in the pool area of the hotel.

Any last minute comments will be welcome, but as mentioned above I don't know how much longer I will be able to reply.

I will have a few fliers of the listings at the con, but it's first come first serve (find me at the gathering area throughout the day).

Hope to see everyone this weekend!
