Caffeine.... uh, no.
Water ok.
Alcohol prefered (but I figure with minors, bugger).

EDIT: $35 so far? Eh..... I'll wait until it reaches my Vegas Blackjack minimum before jumping in.

ao far seems about 7 people.

7 X 5 = 35

Could get better the more people we get. I'm thinking of adding the rule. Leaving the room marks you for death. That way even when the movie is over, if people are resiliant, then we can decide it that way.

See I was down for the alcohol but i forgot about the kiddies....

But everything else is fine with me. Come on!!! We need more people. I got a costume I need to make and need money..... ^.^

How about $50/head?

How's this to get alcohol in effect: The drink IS booze. The minors toss their 5 into the pot, but are immediately killed. Less competition, more money, AND we get booze!

You are EVIL Tom. That's why I like yas. Anyway, no booze. The Hotel and Con as STRICT rules about this. I'm not getting kicked out of the Con or the Hotel.

50 bucks a head? No one would go in on it. Maybe 10, sure. But not 50. 10 is pushing it too. 5 is comfortable so no one is hurt too badly.

That's great. I would love to do said non-alcoholic-drinking-game, despite the fact that I have a notoriously small bladder.

For those of us also with notoriously small wallets(presuming I actually do make it to Ani Magic, all my "expendable" money is going towards my refusal to subside off water and ramen for a weekend), might I suggest an offer of some anime dvd or manga or some sort of related item for the "pot" instead of money? Actually, five bucks is fine by me, but I though it might be kinda cool to win stuff(or have stuff present to win).

DVD's and other items would make the pot more interesting than money. I wager my first volume of City Hunter VHS.

And I think items will keep things friendly.... lost a few good friends due to bets and pools (cries of cheating and failure to pay when one lost).

hmm..I like the idea of that as well..win prizes as well. well, I'll bet...whatever anime that I have at my possesion at the time...and I hope that Full Moon doesn't get licensed, I will put a copy of the entire 52 episodes on CD-R as well as a prize lol

Hmmm...that sounds like a great idea. I'll get my hands on a Japanese DVD copy of BR (It has subs, BTW) and throw that in.

So is it 5 and a prize?

I like the thought of items as well. Money comes and goes, but who knows what kind of goodies you can get instead. Maybe a "whats behind door #2" could work as well.. lol j/k

Hmm i think it might be better to have money OR a prize.. I mean individually. 5 bucks may not seem like much, but for a poor soul like myself, that's a meal's worth
