I don't know if they've been mentioned yet (didn't exactly read the whole thread, lol) but there's Subaru and Hokutou Sumeragi from Tokyo Babylon. I think any other twins I can think of have already been mentioned, or would be hard for girls to pull off, like Vash and Knives from Trigun, or Dante and Virgil from Devil May Cry.

I got a suggestion, its from a video game, its called Musashi: Samurai Legend. Its a square Enix game and it features twins as important side characters. Their names are Maribo and Mirabo, they have fire element powers.

Yuuko's creepy servant-y things from xxxholic. Maru and Moro.
Amiboshi and Suboshi from Fushigi Yuugi, if you don't mind crossplay. Suboshi (orange tunic) is somewhat evil, although it was mostly because the main villain had manipulated him into thinking that Amiboshi had been killed. Amiboshi (blue-y purple tunic) is the "good" twin. He plays a flute and doesn't kill people.
