sup im a fl cosplayer still new to the cosplay but going to the metrocon this year ya i know its a way out but cant wate i got my vip pass and my hotel set just geting my cosplay costume. but when i do idk what one to ware on what day.

St.Pete / Tampa cosplayer here. I don't know any anime fans in the area, but I know there are some i n hiding around here. Metro con is a go,with mega con a possible option too. 727 represent!

Hi, guys. I put a note around before it got bumped down a bit; I'm in Tampa, and I've been looking for some cosplayers for a volunteer event, but I'm not sure if it might be up for grabs since it's during a school day. Anyone up for it?

I'm moving to the Orlando area this fall. Is there anyone around that area who is also intrested in cospaly?

It was for an Easter Egg hunt. The Yes of America United is looking to have some volunteers in costume of any sort (minus anything too scary or Playboy/Hustler-ish) to help kids find Easter eggs and such. This can be in character or not. It will be on April 5th from 10am-2pm (which will unfortunately be a Friday, which was why I'm not sure if anyone would be available or not). I made it a couple of weeks ago, which might be why it wasn't shown.
I've done work with them in cosplay before, as they're very cosplayer/fursuiter friendly. I figured that I should offer the opportunity, as you can get volunteer hours for whatever you need so long as you have the paperwork to bring to them.

I forgot to add this important detail; some of the kids have cognitive disabilities.

I'm in Tampa. It's a ways down the road, but so far that portion of my schedule is clear. It sounds like fun. I'd be up for it if nothing substantially important conflicts.

Hey all im hoping to get a final fantasy 8 group together for megacon i'll be going as irvine and would love to have more of the cast ^^ let me know if your interested

Oh man, I just moved to Boynton. Compared to Orlando... phewwww. I just had to go down the street to meet nerds, and here it's like that whole 'needle in a haystack' thing. I mean, it's hard enough finding *young* people.

i know what you mean im in the boynton area as well and im lucky to have a couple friends who share my interest in anime if you want maybe i could introduce you and we could hang out and talk cosplay and such just an idea ^^
