getting rid of excessive curves??

already checked the stickys and other treads for this... but I can't find anything.
now, that was the best title I could come up with. I'm more or less looking for training ideas that will make me more manly. This DOES include getting a smaller chest, since that's basically made up from fat. I would be thrilled if you guys had any good ideas for workouts, or sites that you can refer me to with information.

now don't get me wrong "she'll do ALL that for crossplay? O_O" no, i won't. but seeing as how I'm always wearing male clothing, and the fact that I just feel uncomfortable when my chest looks girly. guess i'm not very feminine at all XD I know you can ear hormones, but I don't think i want to go THAT far, seeing as how there could be aftereffects.

anyway, do you have any ideas what might work? and i don't really want to loose all to much fat, just to build more muscles. I'm thin enough as it is XD

What you'll be looking at is probably a basic cardio regimen with some extra weight work. I'm completely unqualified to offer more than basic advice on that, but there have been some good threads in the past--use the search function and look for "fitness" or "training".

It'll be a lot of work to change your body composition enough to reduce your breast size appreciably, though, and that seems to be basically what you want to do. You did look at the stickied thread on binding, right? Have you considered a compression shirt?

I'd recommend karate/kickboxing. I do it, and I've noticed that I've gotten a bit more manly. XD

thanks you all ^^
(kawasaki, I know what you mean. I don't even OWN any girly clothing, i feel so uncomfortable in them)
I have considered a compression shirt, but I don't really want to run around with one of those every day. I'm going for something more permanent. I'm going to my brother's trainer next week to ask him for tips too ^^

the only time I wear something "girly" is when I do cosplay because mom will get on my case till no end if she recognizes that I'm cosplaying a guy, but anyway yea I know what you people mean.
