When are the forms for the costume contest going to be released?
And any general information on the costume contest would be nice

Hiya folks,
Tons of updates at MomoCon.com (including schedules!), but it's pretty obvious the ones people here are most interested in. So to sum up the previous posts.
Costume Contest Rules and Entry Rooms (and weapons policy), direct link: Click Here.
Original designs are accepted. Look at rules #6 and #7 for what types of costumes are restricted.
I encourage everyone to review the rules closely and print out the entry form beforehand as well as fill it out. It'll speed up your entry as help you get into one of the 100 guaranteed slots. Any sign-ups after that are "Stand-by" and will be judged depending on available time and if are judges aren't burnt out. FYI: Only one segment of the walk-on form needs to be filled out. That file is the one we use then cut for use at the con.

Techie-Would it be possible for me to enter the contest for myself, and also stand in a group just being like...hmmm....how to word it...a model? The costume isn't even mine it's just they needed a girl the costume's size and asked me to do it  not for me to win anything, but just to kinad...be a doll.

I have to say no, as it would open up a loophole where unscrupulous people would be able to use to effectively enter the costume contest twice. Now I'd have no objections if you entered your own costume in one category, and the maker of that costume entered it in one of the individual categories with you as the model.

I am goining as Akamaru and my friend as deidara and the others are trying to decide between dbz genyu force or some random thing i cant rember ("throws sissors at them. make up your mind already so i can make the costume") i also have emergincey tobi costume encase akamaru dosent finish

Techie I have a question! I was reading the 'General Policies' on the Momocon website and I have a question about the statement, "Offensive or revealing attire is not permitted. No costume is no costume. " I wanted to know whether my Warrior Yuna Cosplay would be okay to wear because the last thing I want to do is offend someone with my cosplay in any way.
