animachan: Work on creating curves (there's a thread on it in this forum), get a nicer wig (a nicer wig will have a softer, more feminine look than that Halloween one), and practice with eye makeup. Eyeliner, eyeshadow, and mascara. Definitely mascara. Also, work on posing a bit more femininely in photos.

I think you pass. In the first picture, you look kind of feminine, but that might've been because of make up or something. But other than that, you make a good boy. Maybe you could even try some shading/highlighting to make your face look more masculine? Something like that.
