Sorry if they're not good, I don't take pictures of myself often. FYI, I only wear men's clothing IRL (it fits me better than women's does!).

Everyone has the potential to pass with a little help. Some people don't even need the help.

I was thinking of doing some crossplay soon, most likely of a character considered more "cute" than manly XD I don't think I would even want to be manly... or that I could pull it off... but how well do you guys think I would pass as someone like Luca from Macross?

@maybeoneday: In the third picture, you for sure pass. Just watch for that five o clock shadow though.... Make sure no hair shows on your face and you'll be fine. In the corset you have the body for it, but your arms are very muscular, which to me would lean more toward male rather then female. (not that there's anything wrong with muscle mind you XD)

If you were to wear a cosplay like the third picture, you have the best chance of passing then if you wore an outfit in the second one.

Yeah, I've had quite a time trying to cover up that beard... I need to get some concealer or something. But my body is not feminine at all... and my job requires me to stay in pretty decent shape... so its kinda hard to tone down. but I guess thats life, eh?

Maybeoneday, I say you can pass really well. Just work with makeup, and because you have muscular arms, I'd say sleeves are a must. The longer and looser the sleeves, probably the better!

Okay soo my first time crossplaying is coming up, and no matter what you guys say, I am still going to do this particular crossplay. I just want to know if I could pull it off if I chose another crossplay in the future.

For some reason in my mind, I doubt that I could pass, But I want to crossplay at least once, so maybe I can find a little bit of advice here on what types of characters to go for, or even specific names, and which features that I should focus on altering to become more boyish. (if its not too much trouble of course!)

Edit: I do realise that it may be difficult to picture me as a guy, purely because of my hair length (I can sit on it so it can make me more feminine) so if I'm required to take a photo with my hair tied back, then let me know.

Hmm... not sure if I can pass or not. I haven't done any crossplays other than L yet, but so many girls do him anyway that it's hard to pass as L. >_< Me and a couple friends kinda want to get an Ouran group together and I got the part of Honey/Hunny. I'm already way too tall for him (5'7"), but we're doing this group based on who matches whose personality the best. That's my lame excuse lol. >_>;; But yeah, here's a pic of me doing a Fail!Guy facial expression.
