Carboard Hyperion Gunblade Tutorial

Hi, I'm Dragonguy91, and i have decided to post up my cardboard gunblade tutorial
All credit for the cardboard techniques goes to Featherweight
(if you wanna learn how to make a better gun part, go to http://stores.lulu.com/store.php?fAcctID=1278316 and buy Featherweight's easy how-to guide )
Here is an example of what my unpainted version looks like
http://s345.photobucket.com/albums/p...t=675A0025.jpg
Follow these instructions
http://s345.photobucket.com/albums/p...t=IMG_0002.jpg
(handle template if you don't wanna do it yourself )

http://s345.photobucket.com/albums/p...t=IMG_0013.jpg
And there you have it! the Hyperion!
Maybe if enough people like this tutorial, i'll post my Revolver and LionHeart Tutorials ;P

oops. haven;t been on for a looooong time xD
for the revolver, use this image for the handle
http://s345.photobucket.com/albums/p...t=IMG_0001.jpg
then, you follow essentially the same tutorial as the Hyperion, but with these dowel placements
http://s345.photobucket.com/albums/p...ertutorial.jpg
for the revolver chamber, trace out the chamber onto single corrugation cardboard 3 times, with each marginally smaller than the last. Then you glue them together, largest to smallest, and fill in the sides with hot glue, adding glue and smoothing it out with the soldering iron until it becomes rounded into a halfcircle. Then attach the half chamber to the handle in the proper place. Repeat process for the other side. Complete the same process as the Hyperion and you have a rather durable Revolver gunblade for your cosplay needs (:
