So i have now been refering to zero's mask, as, THE MASK.

Only because we're having so many troubles with it.

We have the minor things like how to make it easy to put on and off.
colors and how to make, BUT WHAT ABOUT THE GLASS!!!

or plastic.

WE have been in hell's fire triing to think of what would work best!

PLEASE...anyone know, so idea's.
You'd be my angel. I can send you some hug! or something!!!

Here is a thread on Zero helmets.
http://www.cosplay.com/showthread.ph...ght=Code+Geass

Also, I am definitly positive that there is info on his helmet in the Geass thread, you just need to find it.

Most people use plastic to make the viser and tint it later on. Plexiglass is the common material used for Power ranger helmet visors, so you may want to look into that. Other methods in costructing a Zero helmet is paper mache, cardboard (featherweight's tutorial is pretty useful), modifying an exsisting helmet, and fiberglassing.
