InTheStarlight is blah blah. A lot of their stuff looks cheap to me (but that's just me, it speaks nothing of their quality or reviews or anything like that). I enjoy commissioning pieces rather than buying from most of those stores and you can generally get better quality from seamstresses than from F+F or others (though they're decent in a quick bind).

If you're looking for "brand" you can always hit up the LJ comm egl_plus. Perfect for larger lolis and a lot of the stuff sold there is either brand or decent homemade/commissioned work. If you're looking to commission, check out jolie_chose (on LJ), she does fantastic work though she can get a little loaded with work ((but only because she's so popular!)).
