Robecca is open Frankie was my first choice but one of our girls looks more like her than I do and also has a similar sense of style. The same thing happened with our DRRR!! cosplays. I'm a hardcore Izaya fangirl, but one of the other girls looks more like Kanra than I do (Kanra is very thin and flat chested) and I look more like Shizuko (the big boobs) -___-" *sigh* But it's all good, especially since I also adore Shizuo! <3

Right? Like, I love Black Rock Shooter, but she's sort of a flatsy patsy LOL Of course, there's absolutely nothing wrong with a large chested cosplayer going as a flat chested character, but for me I like to be accurate :P

To the Houston people: I'm one of the few people on here who actually lives IN Houston. I know Sailor does as well but I always have people say "oh, I live in Houston too!" and I get all excited until I find out that they actually live outside of Houston like an hour away. x.x For those fairly close to Hermann Park though we are having a cosplay meetup for coscom members (and all other Houston area cosplayers) on August 18th. I can't post the link to the event page now since I'm on my phone but if you find the Houston cosplayers thread in seeking cosplayers I did post the link there.
As for Durarara!! cosplayers I will be going as Shizuo to Oni-Con :3 (the original since I'm not a huge fan of gender bent characters )

Though I'm surprised at the dates, they always do it on the weekend closest to Halloween, and this one is a week and a half before Halloween.

Hey guys, I kind of want to ask a question. Does anyone here a) have a Luxord cosplay or b) have any desire to cosplay him at all? (Luxord from the Kingdom Hearts series). You see my group is doing this cosplay music video this coming Monday and Tuesday at Rob Fleming Park in The Woodlands (Spring area, near Houston) and Luxord is currently the only character we're missing. Seriously, all you need for the costume would be as much of Luxord's head as you could get (blond hair, maybe facial hair, earrings; though at this point I'll just settle for blond hair), some cream/white/pale yellow/black work out clothes, a pack of cards, and $20 for a custom t-shirt. Anyone interested? I know it's last minute, but we've had some issues with getting/keeping Luxords due to financial or other issues.
