Miku Hatsune (Vocaloid) Shoes?

What kind of shoes does Miku Hatsune from the Vocaloids wear? I found some custom-made ones on eBay and I think I'm going to go with those...But does she wear boots, or low-cut platforms with knee-high socks? Oh yeah, and anyone know where I can find a leek? I was hoping for a plastic or plush one, I'm not too fond of the idea of carrying a real one around... o.o;

Thanks!

Know what I'm not suer about the shoes. people have done a whole lot of diffrent versions. looking at the toys. they look like boots. bbut people have done flats with kneehighs. platforms... well itdepends whoes aret you are looking at. they toys have flats not platforms <- and some have a bit of a heel.
this http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3219/...f9bb75db_o.jpg is a shoe with knee highs, it has a bit of a heel.

as for the leek. it's kinda hard to find. I've only seen it online once. they aren't that hard to make either so you might want to try that. thers an entire vocaloid thread on here I'm sure everyone else will have more ideas than I can comeup with alone.

you can easily find a plush leek on ebay. I have done a miku hatsune cosplay myself and plan on cosplaying the snow ver. for an upcoming con. For the shoes I recomend getting black slippons then paint the bottoms turqoiuse and wear thigh high black socks.

Do whatever you feel comfortable with but still looks good. For my Miku cosplay I wore black mary jane shoes and black thigh high socks (pics in my album). I had these already and it was very comfortable. I could have added the blue trimmings but I didn't want to

Referance

i think the best thing to use as referance
is always official posters, packaging and any advertising material

for Miku
it would be the official box for the vocaloid software
OR
figures and figurines always help
its good to have a look round at what other people do too

What I did for my Miku cosplay was I bought some boots, cut them to the ankle, and then I bought some vinyl leggings (pants), cut the top of the leggings so that they were like thigh high vinyl socks, and sewed them on the boots. Worked wonders for my all-vinyl cosplay. I just need to constantly carry around body tape to keep it up.
