Tough question but I'll try to narrow it down.

Riza Hawkeye-Loyal but not obedient is a trait I look for in most characters and it's rarley found (Specially in anime women... Don't read me off a list of people who fit this description) not to mention shes just vulnerable enough to be cute when she wants and sexy at all other times.

Kakashi Hatake- I'd go gay for him... Okay maybe not but nevertheless he rocks and I just had to point that out.

C.C.- Again fits into the description as Hawkeye does though I don't think she is as sexy. Though she is more mysterious so it kinda compensates.

So I made up my mind I will have Hawkeye. Kakashi will have CC and well hang out all the time and be best friends.

Aha, I am aware that this is most likely a pretty unpopular choice, I would choose Sealand from Axis Powers Hetalia.

Completely adorable with a fun personality!
Just add 2 years onto his age so that it matches mine..
(He's 12, I'm 14)

Another one is Luke from Professor Layton, but he's a game character so I'm not sure if he counts here XD
But yeah, bring up his age to mine too. (He's 10 in Curious Village.. XD)
