Hey all, I'm going to try and put together a list of all the gatherings for Anime Vegas this year!

I am willing to do double gatherings (if you wish to have more than one).

Please post the gathering, the time, and the place!

I'm hoping to have a list posted at the convention!

Friday 9/4 (Day Zero) Gatherings:

Hellsing - 8:30pm - Infront of the con center

Saturday 9/5 (Day 1) Gatherings:

Gundam Universe - 12:30 pm - Stairs in main Lobby

Bleach - 3:00 pm - Out front

Sunday 9/6 (Day 2) Gatherings -

Axis Powers Hetalia - 9:30 am - Outside Registration

Vocaloid - TBA - Grassy Hill next to Parking Lot A

Code Geass - 12:00 pm - Grass on Northern side of Cashman Center

Stem Punk - 2:00 pm - TBA

InuYasha - 4:00 pm - Grass on Northern side of Cashman Center

Monday 9/7 (Day 3) Gatherings:

Code Geass - 3:15 pm - Exhibit/Registration area

Back in the AV forums, a Vocaloid gathering is scheduled to be on Sunday/Day 2

I'm scheduling the All Gundam Gathering at 12:30pm on day one. Where we will meet up is still TBA, but I'm working on it.

I'm coordinating the Axis Powers Hetalia gathering on day two. It's going to be outside registration at nine-thirty in the morning. Location and time still tentative, but that's for sure.

Also, possibly a Phoenix Wright gathering if the cosplayers in the AV thread agree. I don't mind scheduling one so it depends on the interest for it.

The Gundam Gathering on day one will be meeting at the base of the main stairs of the lobby inside the Cashman Center. YAY!

I have them posted on the first post of this page, and then I'll have them posted at the cosplay desk on day 1. I'll see about getting them posted near Registration on day 2 and 3.

September 4-6

what day does it Start??
What day does it End??


ive never been and already im confused by diffrent info i have found...

ive been to Ala,AX,Comic-Con,& Pmx... but im lost on date and time ect. bout Anime Vegas lol
