She's a gal from Mexico, but that's all I know about her. Last year (2002) me and my buddy got our pic taken with her and her friend who was dressed up as Rei from Eva.

They were both really nice, and both their costumes were well done!

I interviewed her at this year's comic-con. Her and her sister went. She's a really cool girl.

I have all her info from the interview, so I can't give it out, but if you're interested in conacting her, I ca send her a mail and tell her.

She said that the only character she cosplays as is Chun Li, because that's her favorite character. her sister on the other hand has done about 4 costumes so far. Their first US convention was the 2002 Comic-Con and that's the only convention in the US they attend.

By the way, her name is Mariel and her sister's name is Eloisa. They are both from Tijuana and have E-mail accounts for contacting.
