Open shirt binding?

Hey everybody<3

I'm going to attempt a Simon from Gurren Lagann cosplay, and, sadly, I'm a D cup Dx

I've definitely got a girly shape, due to my EVIL latin heritage, and I'm a bit worried. How should I go about taping myself down with a jacket being the only thing on top? DX

I don't want to just put tape around my chest. I'm going all out for this one.
Even if I do, they'll want to spill. DX;
Any help, binding gurus? <//33
B) Aw yea.

a D cup huh? damn!
well if you dont want to use tape, the only thing i could think of would be to use ace bandage like crazy and i would say compression shirt but it's for an open shirt cosplay.....so
you could use skinsafe tape and then use ace bandage. you'll just have to make sure it doesnt show in the middle of your chest. plus you might want to take a shower before you bind so the dirt and sweat doesnt cause any tap to fall off (if you use it) or the ace bandage to become uncomfertable (if you use it^^)
that's all i can think of, hope it helps. =P

ive done open shirt binding before. what i did was take sports tape and then laydown and cut strips of spots tape to go from my brest to mid back and taped them that way. and then so that the open shirt part stayed where iwanted i took some hollywood fashon tape (which is double sided adn can stick to skin anf cloth) and ptu that on the bindin and the shirt. i hope this is making sence btu it is possibel to do with sports tape. i'm a size c cup and i got mine to pritty much all go away. but its best to try taping em whenlying down becosue your boobs will fall naturaly flatish that way.

What I've read for those with larger chests is to get a compression vest, since tape really only works for B to a small C range.

i like the compression vest, where would you find one of those??? and I've heard the tip of "separate and squish" basically being the pulling them out and flattening them down, I also agree with the hollywood tape that'll hold the coat on where you need it to... definitely mmhmm *nod nod* best of luck, can't wait for photos.
AFW - no cosplay planned... T___T
Anime Iowa - KHR: Shouichi Irie and possibly a casual closet Flan?
TnT - no cosplay planned... T___T
Motaku - KHR: we'll see who I have done by then...
Anime Fest Dallas - KHR: Again, we'll see who's done by then!
Nebraskon - Not sure if I'm cosplaying here or not O___o

Too many cons thanks to my artist alley tables!

I think I'm a little bit to stupid for open shirt binding...
The Tape never want to do what I want..
Should it be that I do anything wrong?
