.HACK/Sign Helba
Okay so I was asked to partake in an upcoming .hack/sign group and so I chose to do Helba. Before I get started I want to outline or figure out what techniques would be easiest and cheapest. And if there are any ref pictures of a back view of her

I'm wondering how I would go about making the shoulder pieces and how to make her skirt stay up like that

Not sure about the shoulder pads but as for the hips
I would say Wire frame, something like a dress frame when wearing old fashion corset dressed. Other then that I'm not quite sure what to use.

I was thinking that but what would be easier and more comfortable to wear? Surly a wire frame would be kind of annoying while walking around in a con
