This is a really vague question, but are there any good anime conventions in Tokyo, or anywhere around the Fukushima area between July 10-August 2? (I'm staying in Koriyama, the closer the better. >w< )

I've really tried to look some up, but most of the sites are in japanese.
Help would be greatly appreciated.

Also; I don't know much japanese, so would cosplaying at a con be awkward for me..?
