Wig for Dart From Legend of Dragoon

I am trying to make a Dart costume and his hair is almost identical to Cloud from FF7 my only problem is that Cloud's hair is basically blond, and Dart has dark blond to extremely light brown. Should I just pickup some light brown sharpies and modify a cloud wig like this one.

Or is there a wig out there that matches the character's hair color already?

btw i think dart's hair is the same color throughout. it's just the shadow in the ref makes his hair darker?
